Provides a solid and stable surface for surface plate support
2 of the 4" diameter wheels on the stand can change direction.
Stand has 3 bolt-style screws on the top to adjust the overall level when a granite plate is placed on top of the screws
Foot Pedal Brake under the stand allows you to move the stand and surface plate to a working area and stop the stand from moving.
Polyurethane Rubber Wheel could be taken down, more safety on the oil floor than regular rubber
