This
is a Rare Vintage 1972 Monthly Calendar of Postcards, featuring the Modern
Pop-Art artwork of Richard Lindner. The 6 ½” square item, has 12 calendar
pages, each with a different color view of a Surreal Lindner painting. The item
also has a front page, a protective clear plastic sheet over the front page,
and a cardboard backing page, with a punch out stand or hanging hole. Each view
is also an unusual large format Postcard, and was made by Hans Hoeppner of
Germany. The Hoeppner name appears in 2 places on the front of the calendar, as well as on
the back of each card. The artwork titles on the front of the cards, are in
English, but the month names are in German. Several of the pictures seem to
have a New York City theme, and one titled “Poet” is of Beat Generation poet
Allen Ginsberg in an Uncle Sam / American Flag top-hat. The item is in very
good condition, except the clear plastic sheet has some light wear, and the
binding tape across the top is coming loose. Lucky Buyer pays successful
amount, plus .00 shipping in the USA. Thank You for Considering My Item!!
