This Unit is NEW IN BOX with all parts and accessories. Box opened up for visual inspection. Unit still sealed in plastic. Small box with accessories still sealed. Brackets are present as well still sealed.
The ENC5316 USB Multi-Channel Video Encoder accepts 16 channels of live analog video and converts it to MPEG-4 streams. Designed for Pelco 5300 series DVRs, it offers up to 48 channels of input when 3 units of this encoder are cascaded. It is compatible with all Pelco surveillance tools and feeds from the unit can be viewed through a CM9700 matrix switch
The high quality streams can be encoded at up to 4CIF resolutions with frame rates of 30 ips. The ENC5316 also accepts 16 audio inputs that it encodes into G.711 digital audio streams.
In addition to 16 programmable alarm inputs, the video encoder accepts a variety of sensors. It also has 4 relays to respond to any alarm event. The inputs are compatible with the Pelco CM9760-ALM module and the outputs with the CM9760-REL module. Administrators can define up to 3 zones for motion detection and the zone type can be defined in 16x16 blocks. The sensitivity of each zone is adjustable to minimize false alarms in high traffic areas.
The ENC5316 connects via a high-speed USB 2.0 interface and allows the network port of the DVR to be used by other devices.
