This is Barbie My Scene Roller Girls Chelsea.  She has some play wear, her hair is a bit tangled and there is a loose thread in her hair (that was holding one of the buns in place).  Her legs seem a bit loose, but I am not sure if that is common for the Roller Girls.  She has both of her earrings.
Also included:
Dresss – has some play wear and the seam below the velcro has partially come unstitched.
Tube Top – has some play wear, and is frayed a bit at both ends of the rainbow fabric.
Skirt – has some play wear, and a tear in the yellow mesh fabric.
Jacket- has some play wear, and a small tear under the left sleeve.
Sock – has some play wear.
Roller Skate – has some play wear, and paint rubbing.
Visor – has some play wear.
