About Our Product, Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Our Hair/Shoe Bows can either be interchanged with our clip on shoes for many different looks or you can wear them in your hair and match your shoes.  They have a slide on clip on the back for easily interchanging from shoes to hair.  Perfect for any occasion and available in many different styles and colors.  They are all Sold Individually!

Our policy is to accept any merchandise (unless otherwise stated in the auction description )returned as long as it is returned in the original condition that it was shipped, with no visible signs of wear. (Please see the one exception at the bottom)
Returns must be made within 14 days of original shipment date. The merchandise should also have all tags and stickers, as well as your invoice or packing slip.
Shipping is not refundable. In addition, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from New Century Business LLC. Please include a check or credit card number for the amount sufficient to cover the shipping charges.

POINTS TO REMEMBER
1. Exchanges or returns for merchandise must be shipped to chinadirectstore within 14 days after the date you received the merchandise.

4. Refunds will be made on an individual basis and credit cards will be credited minus the shipping charges.
