    HOOTERS BOBBLEHEAD OWL 20TH ANNIVERSARY beer tap handle. Hooters was founded in 1983 in Clearwater, Florida. 20th Anniversary item. 1983-2003. A Delightful Double Decade. Popular college bar with busty woman servers and plenty of hot wings and beer. The Hooters name and logo have more than one meaning obviously. The Hooters name is a double-entendre referring to both it's owl logo, a bird that is known for it's 'hooting' calls and it is also the American slang for women's breasts made popular in the early 1980's by Steve Martin on SNL. Somehow the owls eyes still make reference to something familiar, hmmmm. HOOTERS. I love me some Hooters! Tap appears to be new with no flaws. Chillin in the sun with his surfboard waiting for the right wave. 7 inches tall and very heavy. Feels like metal composition. looks like pewter. Head is on a fixed spring and bobbles all the time. Very rare. Super cool and very collectible. Tap has been turned and rotated so that all sides are shown. Please look carefully at the photos. This is the actual item you will receive.
