    Description

    Set of two girls' kawaii plastic hair clips by Blippo.  They look similar to a milk beverage that's popular in Japan.  Condition is new in bag, but there is a manufacturer's defect.  Please see the picture where I have circled cracking on one of the labels.  This item was in the May 2019 Kawaii Box subscription box from Japan.  Item does not come with the quarter.  The quarter was used as a size reference.  Item will ship as a USPS First Class Package.
