    Older restoration, not quite concourse level, but it would be an insult to call it a "daily driver." Maybe a really really nice daily driver? Pretty much all stock except it now has hidden dual master brake cylinders and safety belts for safety, a quartz clock to avoid battery drain when not driven, and a 12V alternator that looks like a generator to handle the electric system. Black pain, grey cloth interior. Drives great, clean, no rust. "Stella" has always lived in California or Arizona. Has valid CA YOM plates. Actual mileage unknown. Back in the old days, Cadillac would switch out engines when you went in for an engine overhaul, so this is the correct and authentic 1949 OHC 331CI engine, but the serial number does not match body or transmission. Lots of extras to be thrown in with car (filters, oil, plugs, manuals, etc.) No lowball offers please, I don't have to sell unless I get a fair market price. (Agreed price for insurance is ,000.) The 1949 Cadillac Sedanette was Motor Trends' first "car of the year." This particular example was featured in the September 2019 70th Anniversary "Ultimate Car of the Year" issue of Motor Trend.
